Fri., July 2nd – Poetry Slam & Live Music
Come to down to the Cow for spoken word by Tokyo's premier performance poets, Marcellus Neally and Frank Spignese. Special music guests and surprise MCs will join the dynamic duo live onstage. With DJ Voice of Reason spinning. This is poetry by the people and for the people, urbane yet undeniably universal.

Interactive Comedy Development Project
For the first one, this week, we will mainly be brainstorming about comedy development, what people want to learn and how we can shape the format of future Jukus and how we can help each other grow. Here are some of the things we would like to see happening in the future first wed of the month Comedy Juku:
1. Do you want constructive crits?
2. A chance to meet, chat, eat and drink with other budding comedians on the scene
3. Do want to have practice time and feedback for your acts?
4. Do you want a comedy writing development salon?
5. Style and format development discussions
6. Do you want homework/exercises?
Everyone welcome, no experience necessary, just an interest in comedy.
Madcow Comedy also has a monthly Comedy et al. show the first Sat of the month. We hope the Juku and the Main Show will cross pollinate. Moooo….

Love improv comedy? Love performing it even more? We’re providing a venue for improvisors of all experience levels to get together and jam. Took one class? Been doing it for seven years? It’s all good, and more importantly its all good fun, so come on down to the Pink Cow to rock out with us, air-guitar style. TCS Director and Simon Cowell impersonator Chris Wells will be there to offer the performers advice and criticism after the show so we can get better and better each month.
